Operator, Not Observer
Every recommendation comes from direct experience shipping GTM at real companies. We've been the one in the seat — building the pipeline, running the reviews, and hitting the targets.
Steelbridge GTM
Built by an operator. Not a consultant who's never shipped.

The Founder
Steelbridge GTM was founded by Davor Altman.
Over the past 13+ years, Davor has worked across companies of every size — from 20-person startups to organizations with 2,000+ people. He's built support teams from scratch, managed enterprise client portfolios, run revenue operations, designed sales playbooks, and owned GTM execution end to end.
Along the way, he saw what actually works — and what doesn't. He saw brilliant products fail because their go-to-market was an afterthought. He saw teams drown in tools they didn't need and processes nobody followed. He saw strategies that looked great on slides but never translated to pipeline.
So he built Steelbridge GTM — a company that actually helps other companies get their go-to-market right. Not with theory. Not with frameworks borrowed from a blog post. With hands-on experience from having been in the seat, at companies of every stage and scale.
Our Philosophy
Because a bridge connects where you are to where you need to be. And steel means it's built to last.
Too many GTM strategies are built on assumptions and aesthetics. We build on data, process, and execution — the infrastructure that actually carries weight.
What Makes Us Different
Every recommendation comes from direct experience shipping GTM at real companies. We've been the one in the seat — building the pipeline, running the reviews, and hitting the targets.
We understand the Web3 ecosystem deeply — the developer-first sales motions, the community-led growth playbooks, the token dynamics, the infrastructure layers. We speak the language because we live in it.
From messaging and positioning to CRM architecture and automation — we cover the full go-to-market surface, not just one slice. You get one partner for the whole picture.
